A-YES Symposium

1. There will be a symposium hosted yearly.
2. The 2nd A-YES Symposium 2009 will be hosted in a year in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by A-YES Malaysia.
3. In the future after the foundation of A-YES is established the A-YES Symposium will be hosted by different member countries each year.

A-YES Organizational Structure

1. Membership is by organization and not individual.
2. Need to determine the roles and responsibilities of positions; Chairman and members.
3. The Vice-Chairman positions were eliminated for time being. There are no specific roles and responsibilities at this time. They can be created on a need basis. No volunteers to hold the VC positions.
4. All members are equal. There is no differentiation in the authority or power of different countries.
5. All countries support Malaysia acting as the Protem Chairman for A-YES.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Necessary steps to the formation of A-YES
• Agree on the objectives of the organization
• Create a vision and mission
• Gain government support
• Develop mechanism to communicate with young entrepreneurs
