• 1 power point – 13 amps
  
• 1 fascia board with organization's name and booth number listed.
  
• Carpeting & partitions.

I agree with all the the terms & conditions below.

1. All exhibitors are eligible to apply subsidy from Ministry. (Terms & Conditions applies)
   
2. Any cancellation made after conrmation, My Events Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to impose a penalty charge upon the total billed amount.
   
3. A 50 % non- refunable booking deposit is required upon conrmation within 14 days of invoice issue date.No booking will be made until the 50% booking deposit have been received.
   
4. The 50% balance payment is required to settled within 30 days after the deposit payment.
   
5. In the event of any late conrmation(less than 15 days), a full payment upon conrmation is required.
6. In the event where epayment is not received within the stipulated time frame given, the organizers reserves the right to release the booking and make futher arrangements forother exhibitiors.
